How does the pickup and delivery work?
Book a slot online or by phone. Our driver arrives within your 2-hour window, weighs your laundry, and takes it away in a clean sealed bag. We deliver it back to your door on the day we promised.
Do I need to be home for the pickup?
Not necessarily. You can leave the bag at your door or a safe spot — our driver will text a confirmation photo when they collect it.
How long until I get my laundry back?
Standard turnaround is 48 hours. Need it sooner? Choose our priority option for 24-hour return on most days.
What if I have delicate or expensive clothes?
Just tell us at pickup or note it in your booking. Delicates are washed by hand or processed separately, and every order is fully insured.
